Sustainable Cocktails

 In an industry that’s inherently wasteful, it’s paramount that bars and restaurants do their best to mitigate waste wherever possible. In late 2019, I decided that I’d dedicate some of my time to exploring the topic of sustainability as it applies to the bar industry in an effort to raise awareness of various methods, techniques, and perspectives.
