.5 oz Italicus
.5 oz Lemon
1 Dash Scrappy’s Cardamom Bitters
Top with soda water
Garnish: lemon wheel and rosemary spring
Method: build cocktail ingredients in highball glass, then add ice. Top the ingredients with soda water, give a light stir, then garnish to serve.

Feeling Bubbly
2 oz Lo-fi Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz Lemon
2-3 oz Fevertree Citrus Tonic
Garnish: edible flower of choice & expressed lemon peel
Method: combine vermouth and lemon juice in a mixing glass with ice; stir until chilled and strain into coupe glass, then top with tonic and garnish for serving.

Beach Bum
2 oz Bai Coconut
.5 oz Lime
.5 oz Honey Syrup
.5 oz Montenegro
.25 oz Campari
.25 oz Mezcal
Splash OJ
Garnish half lime wheel
Method: combine ingredients in shaker; shake until chilled; strain into wine glass over ice, and garnish.

Bluntly Bitter
1.5 oz Fernet Branca
.5 oz California Fernet
1 oz Montenegro
1 Dash Lavender Bitters
Garnish: Orange Peel & Rosemary
Mixing Instructions: mix all ingredients into mixing glass. Stir until chilled and strain into glass. Garnish & sip.
