Monkey Berry Old-Fashioned
2 oz Monkey 47 Gin .25 oz Blackberry-Rosemary Syrup 2 Dashes Lavender Bitters Garnish: Lemon Twist
Method: combine all ingredients in a mixing glass; stir until chilled and diluted and strain into rocks glass over large cube. Garnish with lemon twist, and serve.

1.5 oz Loch & Union American Dry Gin .5 oz Genepy .75 oz Lemon .5 oz Blackberry-rosemary Syrup 1 Dash Scrappy’s Cardamom Bitters
Method: combine all ingredients in a shaker; shake until chilled and diluted and strain over large ice cube to serve.
No Way, Rosé
1.5 oz Gin 1 oz Pineapple Juice .5 oz Lime .5 oz Simple Syrup (1:1 sugar,water) 2 Dashes Lavender Bitters Topped with 3 oz of sparkling rosé Garnish: Basil leaf and expressed lemon peel
Mixing Instructions: mix all ingredients in shaker, except the rosé. Shake until chilled and diluted. Strain into stemware of choice, top with rosé, garnish, and indulge.
1 oz Gin .5 oz Lime .5 oz Genepy .5 oz Maraschino Garnish: fresh thyme and lime wheel
Method: add thyme sprig into rocks glass and burn with torch; while the thyme burns, add the ingredients in a shaker with ice and vigorously shake until chilled; pour contents of shaker (with ice) into rocks glass to extinguish the burning thyme; garnish with fresh thyme sprig.

French 75 (Holiday Version)
1 oz Gin .5 oz Lemon .5 oz Rosemary Syrup 2-3 oz Champagne Garnish: Lemon Peel & Rosemary
Method: Mix all ingredients (except for champagne) in shaker. Shake, strain into champagne flute, top off with bubbles, garnish, and sip.
Matcha Gin + Tonic
1.5 oz Gin (I used @gunpowder.gin) .5 oz Genepy .5 oz Lime .25 oz Matcha Tea Syrup 2 Dashes Cardamom Bitters ( I used @scrappysbitters) Topped with ~ 3oz Fevertree Tonic Garnish: Lime Wheel
Method: mix all ingredients (except the tonic water) into a shaker; shake until chilled and strain into highball over ice. Top with tonic water, and garnish with lime wheel.
1.5 oz Four PillarsBloody Shiraz Gin .75 oz Honey Syrup (2:1) .75 oz Lemon Garnish: Thyme 🌿
Method: mix all ingredients in a shaker; shake until chilled, and strain into a coupe glass; garnish, and enjoy.

1.5 oz @fourpillarsgin Navy Strength (can also use 1oz standard gin and 1/2 navy to cut the booze) .75 oz Lime .5 oz Honey Syrup .25 oz @luxardousa Maraschino .25 oz Blue Curaçao .25 Aperol Topped off with approx. 2 oz Fever Tree Tonic
Method: Add ingredients (minus tonic) into shaker, add ice, shake until chilled, strain ingredients over rocks-filled collins glass, top with fevertree tonic.
Coast to Coast
1.5 oz Gin (I used @sipsmith ) .5 oz Campari .5 oz Lime .5 oz Honey Syrup .25 oz @chareauspirit .25 oz Mezcal (I used @delmagueymezcal Vida- as per usual haha) Garnish: completely up for grabs but I kept it simple with a lemon twist (My second choice would be a cucumber ribbon with a twist & ditch of lemon.)

A Walk in Autumn
1.5 oz Earl Grey Gin @corgispirits .75 oz Lemon .5 oz Falernum .5 oz Apple-Cinnamon Syrup 2 Dashes Lavender Bitters @scrappysbitters 1 Egg White Garnish: Lemon Twist
Method: Dry shake all ingredients in shaker for about 20 seconds, add ice and shake until chilled. Double-strain into coupe (or equivalent) glass. Drink up.
Earl Grey Negroni
1.25 oz @corgispirits Earl Grey Gin .75 oz Sweet Vermouth .75 oz Campari Garnish: expressed orange peel
