The Bloody Bee's Knees is a build on the classic Bee's Knees cocktail which is a Prohibition Era cocktail made with Gin, fresh lemon juice, and honey. During Prohibition, the "bee's knees", was slang for "the best" - funny stuff.
I gave the classic an upgrade with the addition of lavender bitters and the use of Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin (the stuff is crack). Check out the video for all the details

3/4 oz Honey Syrup
3/4 oz Lemon
