The more and more I learn about Mezcal, the more and more in love with it I fall. It is the most complex non-aged spirit there is and it is one of my favorite spirits to mix with when it comes to making cocktails. The other day I caught up with the team from Montelobos and the Ghost Donkey to shoot some cocktails on their menu and taste what they're all about.
