Bon Vivantito is an award-winning brand recognized by Saveur Magazine that is an amalgamation of various facets within drink culture and lifestyle. Our mission is to provide our clients with creative direction on how to market and build impressive, efficient and approachable cocktail programs from the ground-up, with the goal of amplifying the guest experience. This is all done while utilizing this platform to also educate drink enthusiasts through published works and resourceful blogs.
Founder of Bon Vivantito, Tyler Zielinski, is a cocktail, wine & spirits journalist, competitive bartender and bar consultant. He wears a few hats, but all of them include a drink in-hand. His drink-mixing prowess led him to the 2019 Regional Finals at the Woodford Reserve Manhattan Experience bartending competition where he was the runner-up, as well as the 2019 East Coast Finals for Nikka Whisky’s Perfect Serve bartending competition. Tyler also works with bars to create cocktail programs that fit the needs of the brand and audience.
As far as writing goes, his blog on Bon Vivantito was recognized by leading culinary outlet Saveur Magazine as a finalist for “Best New Voice” in 2018; and his published work has been featured in magazines such as Maxim, Imbibe Mag, Whisky Advocate, VinePair, Liquor.com, and more.
He currently resides in Hudson, NY where he serves as Creative Director at the newly opened Lawrence Park, having previously tended bar at one of Esquire’s 2017 Best Bars in America, Backbar.
